It’s nice to meet you!
Kendall Duda has been dancing for 17 years with training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, acro/gymnastic, as well as training in theatrical arts. Always working to refine her skills, Kendall trained in a number of studios throughout Michigan, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Her dancing has lead her to win many overall titles while competing at studios. After graduating from Romeo high school, Kendall was selected to attend the “So You Think You Can Dance” call back for seasons 10 and 11 in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Kendall has performed with artists such as Kid Rock, The Goo Goo Dolls, Ray J, Brett Michaels, and IYAZ. In addition to teaching and choreographing for dance companies across Michigan, Kendall was selected to be a Detroit Pistons Dancer for the 2014-2015 season.
Kendall’s dance and teaching philosophy is as follows: Dance is a form of art. Art is created by the uniqueness of the artist. Each dancer is different than the dancer standing next to them and it is important that as you grow as a dancer, you focus on being the best that YOU can be. Dance is about expressing yourself and feeling proud about the success you’ve achieved. Dance should always reflect an appreciation of the gift that you’ve been given. Never give up!
